Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Bluechip Trading Academy website (bluechiptradingacademy.com), purchasing any course, subscribing to a data plan, or using our API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

IMPORTANT: All content, courses, market data, and information provided by Bluechip Trading Academy is strictly for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. • We are NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager • Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security • Past performance of any strategy or financial instrument discussed is NOT indicative of future results • Trading in equity, derivatives, commodities, or currencies involves substantial risk of loss • You should consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that all trading and investment decisions are solely your responsibility.

To purchase or access our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law • Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bluechiptradingacademy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

PAYMENT: All course purchases are processed via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. ACCESS: Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the purchased course content, including all future updates to that course. NO REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES: All course sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any course purchases under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Change of mind after purchase • Failure to complete the course • Not meeting exam or certification requirements after completing the course • Dissatisfaction with course content We strongly encourage you to review the detailed course curriculum, watch any free preview modules, and contact our support team with questions BEFORE making a purchase. EMI PURCHASES: If you purchased via EMI, all remaining installments must be paid regardless of whether you continue using the course.

SUBSCRIPTIONS: Market data plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. NO REFUND POLICY FOR DATA PLANS: All data plan subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not provide refunds for: • Partial months of service • Unused portions of annual subscriptions • Plan downgrades mid-cycle • Technical issues caused by third-party systems or your own infrastructure You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. PLAN CHANGES: Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No prorated credit is given for downgrades.

API BILLING: API plans are billed monthly or annually. API call usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused API calls do NOT carry forward to the next cycle. NO REFUND POLICY FOR API PLANS: All API plan payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes: • Monthly or annual plan fees paid • Any overage charges incurred • Payments made for plans subsequently cancelled You may cancel your API subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. DATA ACCURACY: While we strive for accuracy, our market data is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from use of our data.

All course content, study materials, videos, notes, API documentation, software, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Bluechip Trading Academy and are protected under Indian copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may NOT: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course material or data • Share your login credentials or course access with others • Use our API data to power competing services without written authorization • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform in unauthorized ways Violation of intellectual property terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree not to use our platform to: • Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity • Transmit unsolicited marketing communications (spam) • Interfere with or disrupt our servers, infrastructure, or other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems • Use our market data or API for high-frequency trading in ways that violate NSE/BSE exchange rules • Share or resell your account access or API keys with third parties

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bluechip Trading Academy shall not be liable for: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services • Trading or investment losses incurred using our data, courses, or API • Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in market data • Any loss of data, revenue, or profits Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Provide false registration information • Share account access with unauthorized parties • Engage in abusive behaviour toward our team or other users • Use our services for any illegal purpose Upon termination for violations, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
